At EeazySqueezy™, we do our best to deliver your order quickly, safely, and with care. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process.

1. Order processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Once your order has shipped, you’ll automatically receive an email with a tracking link (track & trace).

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

2. Delivery times

  • Australia, New Zealand and United States: average 7–14 business days after processing.

  • In exceptional cases (e.g., public holidays, customs, or carrier delays) delivery may take slightly longer.

  • We always aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

3. Shipping costs

  • Free shipping on all orders within the Netherlands and Belgium.

  • For other EU countries, additional shipping fees may apply. These are clearly shown at checkout.

4. Delayed or missing delivery

Haven’t received your order within the expected timeframe?
Email support@eeazysqueezy.com with your order number. We’ll help track the parcel or—if needed—arrange a replacement shipment.

5. Incorrect delivery address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
EeazySqueezy™ is not responsible for delayed or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address details.

6. Damage in transit

Did your product arrive damaged?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@eeazysqueezy.com with a photo of the damaged item. We’ll provide a prompt solution (replacement or refund).
