🔁 Returns & Refunds Policy – EeazySqueezy™

At EeazySqueezy™, we want you to be happy with every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, you can use our 30-day return guarantee.

1. Return window

  • You have 30 days from delivery to return your product, no questions asked.

  • After 30 days we’re unable to offer a return or refund.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or refund:

  • The item must be undamaged, clean, and in its original condition.

  • Please send returns in the original packaging where possible.

  • Return shipping is at the customer’s expense, unless the item is faulty or you received the wrong item.

3. How to return

Email support@eeazysqueezy.com within 30 days with:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return (optional)

We’ll send you the return instructions and return address.
Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll confirm by email and process your refund within 5 business days.

4. Exceptions (non-returnable)

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Items that are clearly used or damaged.

  • Items with hygiene concerns (where applicable).

  • Products outside the 30-day window.

5. Refunds

  • Once approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method (e.g. PayPal, iDEAL, Revolut).

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Faulty or incorrect item

If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@eeazysqueezy.com with a photo or description. We’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Note for Australian customers (Australian Consumer Law)

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply in addition to this policy. You are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced.
